DJ Olio

Olivier, a pioneer in the electronic music scene, began his journey in Leuven, Belgium, in 1996 where he co-organized the first club nights alongside friends. These events, featuring renowned concepts like "Got to be funky" and "Sunshine," quickly became iconic, drawing enthusiasts from all corners to the vibrant city.

Inspired by the House of Chicago from the 90s, Olivier embarked on his own DJ career, spinning tunes as a resident DJ in one of Leuven's premier dance clubs for over a decade. His talent took him to the shores of Mallorca, where he lit up summer nights in various clubs, even clinching the prestigious DJ contest of P-magazine.

After years of success, Olivier shifted gears, venturing into the design sector as a sales manager. However, the allure of music never faded. A move to Spain reignited his passion, and he wasted no time returning to the decks.

Last summer, Olivier graced the stages of Las Negras, within the breathtaking Cabo de Gata Natural Park, delivering unforgettable sets at some of the area's most unique venues. His days are spent digging through digital record stores, blending diverse styles to perfection.

His DJ sets are somewhere between tech house, afro house, latino house, funky house, deep tech, progressive, minimal and garage. With an unwavering commitment to his craft, Olivier ensures that every beat he drops ignites the dance floor, embodying the timeless spirit of electronic music.
