David Serrano
Born in Zaragoza and raised in Oliva, Valencia, at the end of the Ruta del Bacalao era, where I had the chance to witness Chimo Bayo’s professional beginnings at Arsenal Playa de Oliva.
I currently live in Torre de la Sal, Oropesa del Mar, Castellón.
I’ve always been passionate about megamixes such as Max Mix, Boleros Mix, Máquina Total, and many others. I’ve also created my own megamixes over the years.
For 15 years, I combined my passion for music with a contemporary dance music radio show on Radio Pego, Alicante, where I followed the evolution of the scene from Italo Dance, Eurobeat, Techno, Máquina and Bakalao to today’s House music.
I have also collaborated with clubs such as Falkata, Bacarrá and Cocoloco in Gandía Beach.
After taking a break of almost 20 years to focus on my professional career in digital marketing and raising my son, I’ve returned to mixing and DJ sessions thanks to the in-person Mega course I attended in Barcelona in February, alongside Mike Platinas, Toni Peret, Quique Tejada and Jordi Carreras as teachers and mentors.
I currently host a weekly one-hour show on Radio MakinaFM.com, featuring revamped classics under the name Classic Revibes. I also host a radio show on Radio Pego called Destination Ibiza.
